EL from "ΑΜΦ. ΑΡΓΟΣ*27.ΙΟΥΛ.62" fr. with 20l. blue with contour and relief, arr. "ΠΑΤΡΑΙ*30.ΙΟΥΛ.62". One narrow margin touches at lower left frame line but a scarce stamp on cover which indicates the co-existance of the decoupage and a thicker overlay during the printing. Very important for the method of the printing process. (Hellas 13IIb/19A?).
