1928, undated (probably 1928) cover from Ulan Bator to China, bearing 20 mung from the second defintive and 5 mung third definitive issue, a little unclear cancelled with the rectangular Mongolian censor handstamp inscribed "controlled" (this handstamp used as canceller is very rare, see W.C. Hellrigl, the postal history of Mongolia, p. 213). Very fine and correctly franked letter (Mi. 17, 20).
