1909. PPC. Shanghai (15 Nov) to Paris. Franked with CIP 2x 1c stamps (paying the printed matter rate instead of post card rate). Determined unsufficiently prepaid, therefore attracted the taxe marking 'T'. Transferred to French PO (17 Nov) and due levied in Paris (21 Dec) with 10c due stamp affixed.

ROC PSC. 1915. Mail from "Tong Hsien Post Box 2", indicia tied by Peking (18 Apr), arrived Shanghai (19 Apr). 

五色旗郵資片. 北京通縣信筒（貳）寄出, 銷北京（1915.4.18）, 上海（4.19）到。 

1923. Changsintian (29 Oct) to Argentina.. Franked with an array of stamps paying for international registration rate 20c (10c + 10c). Transit Shanghai (31 Oct), New York (3 Dec) to arrive Bahia Blanca (27 Dec). 

Circa 1928-30.. Cover from the HQ of the Third Army Group to its Commander of the Third Army. Sent from and with the cachet of "Taiyuan Mail Section, Communications Division, Third Army Group Command" to  "Peiping Mail Section, Communications Division, Third Army Group Command". Registry cachet with hand-written number 4305.  The Third Army Group based in Shansi province commanded by Marshal Yan Shih-shan was at times at odd with...

Security chop. 1944. Missionary cover from the Tibetan town of Huangyuan, Qinghai To USA. Franked with $2 (damaged at opening) and $20 stamps, with security chop boxed initial V.G.P. Carried over the Hump, with censor label and DHA cachet.  Rare origin of Tibetan town at the head of caravan.   

青海湟源寄美國，. 郵票上鈐私章防揭, 其中一枚郵票受損, 走駝峰郵路, 受檢。    

1911 (26 Oct)..  The earliest postal censorship of China on Imperial PSC.  VF.  

大清四次片，. 蓋銷武昌辛亥九月初五（10月26日）加钤圓型“交通部验讫”戳, 雖然是請求蓋銷, 也不失是中國郵件檢查之始。品相上佳。

1913. 9.16 Shanghai to Soochow (9.17),. censored with cachet "censored and resealed by Martial Police in Soochow Martial Area".

上海寄蘇州, 9.17到達, 貼紅色“蘇州戒嚴區域/憲兵營拆查/檢查訖重封”簽條。信封曾受潮。

1918. Paoshan, Kiangsu to Peking,. with olive-shape "Censored by Wang" cachet. 

陝西涇陽寄西安, 背鈐紅色陝西碑型“驗訖”戳記。內含原信。

1919. Hengshui to Hancheng,. with Shansi Army Censor cachet. 

山西橫水鎮(2.28) 寄陝西韓城, 經曲沃縣(2.28)、河津縣(3.1), 鈐少見橫框“山西……/陸軍第二……第一營/郵件檢查員驗訖”檢查戳記。

1927.1.2. Changsha, Hunan → 4.? Peking,. with cachet of "Censored by Changsha Postal Censorship Committee". Rate: domestic: 4c +  express: 10c = 14c. National Revolutionary Army Forth Army Censorship in Changsha. In the winter of 1926, the armies led by Tang Sengzhi was re-organized as the Forth Army of the National Revolutionary Army, becoming the pivotal force of the Wuhan Nationalist Government.

1927.6.9 陕西西安寄山西荣河王显镇, 钤“城防总司令部·第七号·验讫”戳记。7月15日, 西安警备司令部开始清党。另加有6件紅條封, 均寄同一收件人, 其中兩件帶檢查戳記, 具見西安圍城前後之苦。品相不一。（7件）
