Foreign offices in Buenos Aires, Compagnie des Messageries Imperales, ONLY TRIP from Buenos Aires to Europe via the LAST steamer of Ligne del Plata and the FIRST ONE of 1st Ligne J: Cover with paid postage (stamps of 40c. + 80c. Napoleon with anchor cancels, and red "PD" handstamp), sent from Buenos Aires to Varzo (Italy) on 12/AP/1866, carried to Rio de Janeiro by steamer CARMEL (Ligne del Plata), and from Rio to Bordeaux by steamer NAVARRE...

Official entire letter sent from San Vicente to Giles on 29/JUL/1878, with straightline "SIN CARGO", datestamp of SAN VICENTE with Maltese cross, and Buenos Aires transit mark (on front and back), all of 11/FE/1879, rare, excellent quality, with Alberto Solari certificate.

Cover sent from Buenos Aires to Italy on 9/AU/1920 with a spectacular postage of San Martín 24c. x 2, VF quality, rare!

FANTASTIC POSTAGE: Cover with declared value of $5,000, sent by express mail from Olavarría to La Plata on 14/AP/1943 with striking postage of 30.40P. (10c. for a letter of up to 20 grams + 30c. for the express service with notice of arrival + 30$ for the declared value ($10 for 1% of the first 1,000 Pesos + $20 for 0.5% of the remaining 4.000 Pesos), very fine quality, very rare!

3 Registered covers used betweeen March and May 1976, all include provisional stamps in their postage, fantastic and very scarce!

HYPER-INFLATION RATES: 125 Covers used in late 1970s and early 1980s with attractive postage combinations of very varied rates, for example: Pesos 500, 750, 800, 900, 3150, 3200, 3400, 6000, 6300, 6500, 7000, 10,000 and many others, some with opening defects, others of VF quality, very interesting lot for the specialist!

PRÓCERES & RIQUEZAS III: Over 90 covers used in late 1970s and early 1980s, all with postages that include stamps of this issue of definitive stamps in varied combinations and rates, ALL DIFFERENT, very few with defects, most of fine to very fine quality. Some are fantastic, there are very scarce multiples and rare rates, great lot for the specialist! There is a wide range of rates from hyper inflation periods!!

RIBBONS & COCKADES: Over 50 covers used in early 1980s with attractive HYPER-INFLATION postages that include stamps of the Ribbons and Cockades issues in varied combinations and rates, for example: 750, 900, 960, 1000, 1100, 1300, 1600, 3150, 3400, 6600, 6800 Pesos and others! Some with opening defects, most of fine quality, very interesting lot for the specialist!
