Lot #22 - Argentina rivadavias
GJ.20, folded cover dated GUALEGUAY 21/JUN/1866 and sent to Buenos Aires, franked with nice and typical example of 3rd printing with a mute "6x6 oval of lozenges with stars inside" cancel historically attributed by mistake to Paraná. This is one of the few letters or covers with verifiable origin that bear this mark, and that shows that this mark is actually of GUALEGUAY and not Paraná, excellent quality!
