RARE CANCEL: Undated folded cover sent to Buenos Aires by stagecoach mail BLANCO Y CÍA, with rating mark "8" (cents, charged by the company) and the corresponding postage of 5c. (Rivadavia 4th printing GJ.25) cancelled "ESTAFETA AMBULANTE DEL F.C. DEL S." in black circle (it was normaly applied in blue), extremely rare. On back it bears the manuscript inscription "Sale el 30, Piedras 81", which was how the company indicated to the addressee...

GJ.25, spectacular and very rare copy of 4th printing with a great combination of varieties that make it a UNIQUE AND FANTASTIC EXAMPLE: It shows VARIABLE IMPRESSION from clear on the left to worn on the right, also a partial double impression, sheet margin at left (very rare in Rivadavias!), also a small vertical line in the left border (typical of position 61), and shifted watermark (AR instead of RA), very attractive philatelic gem!
