Folded cover used in 1860s (genuine), with a FORGED pre-stamp mark "INSPECCIÓN GENERAL DE POSTAS Y CAMINOS" in black, produced by Abarca in 1960/70 on genuine covers that he obtained from old archives. For a time he managed to deceive Victor Kneitschel, who after descovering the forgery, published a chapter dedicated to these forgeries in his specialized catalog of 1974.
