For Victor Kneitschel this is a proof (see page 550 of the 1974 catalogue), in the Scott catalog it is catalogued as a COLOR ERROR as 4b, with a value of US$30,000. Excellent quality, with Alberto Solari certificate (indicating that it is a proof), very rare!
