Guillermo Jalil - Philatino Auction #1939 ARGENTINA - OFFICIAL STAMPS - 116 RARE LOTS 116
Notable selection of rare material of this exciting chapter of Argentine philately, including lots that are rarely offered in the market; many of the lots come from a collection that was stored away for decades, and now they are available again for the first time in 50 years! Many of the items were at the time sold by Victor Kneitschel to great collectors of the past, and I consider that their current values are ridiculously low for the rarity that they represent. This is an excellent opportunity for the specialist and also for those who wish to start this chapter “in a big way”. The great question that every collector should ask himself with an auction like this is, How long has it been since I last saw this rarity, and how many more years will pass until I find it again, if I let it go today?
