1867/68: Rivadavia 5 c. red and San Martin 15 c. blue (2), horizontal lines, tied to 1871 registered cover to Santa Fé by segmented cork handstamps in black with 'Buenos Ayres' cds at left (April 6). Three strikes of italic "Certificado" in black and reverse and inside of cover signed for upon receipt by the addressee. The lower stamp with horizontal tear at base but an attractive usage.
