1882: 5 st. yellow green and pale green on undated, presumably late 1880's 5 st. postal stationery card from TSARIBROD to Belgrade (Serbia), uprating the card for the 10 st. foreign rate. The TSARIBROD railway station marking is extremely rare and, in this instance, the only recorded item cancelling the adhesive. Opinion Penev (2021) Ex. collection Hitzler.

The letter is endorsed "contains one key" explaining the second weight rate, which together with the registration makes the letter correctly franked at 45 stotinki. Opinion Penev (2021).
