1948 Coat of Arms, 10g bottom sheet margin block of eight, upright at left, se-tenant with four center inverted errors at right, folded between stamps, with few opened perfs at bottom, n.h., fine-v.f., with APS cert. Issued in 1948, this error was not discovered until nearly 50 years later in 1997, where 25 examples were found. To our knowledge, this is one of only two known se-tenant multiples -
