Cuba Incoming Mail 1842 circa. Official folded cover from Madrid to Havana, with oval sender's cachet, at lower left, of the Supreme Court of Justice, with red oval "Correo Maritimo./N°. 1" handstamp (P.E. 44), and "32" reales due marking as per 3¼ ounces weight (despite official letters did not pay postage, the mail was charged in a special account to be compensated between departments). Slightly reduced at left, where some few worm holes are located. A very rare mail through the "Empresa de Correos Marítimos" paying a high rate.
