Chungking, 1895 (24 Dec.) envelope to I.M. Customs, Chinkiang (1.1.96) via Hankow (30.12) bearing Chungking imperf. x perf. 12½ 2ca., cancelled by double-ring h.s. of the Little Transport Co. in blue and just tied by "L.P./Ichang" framed d.s. in purple, with "Hankow" transit c.d.s. in violet and "Chinkiang/Postal Service" double-ring arrival d.s. on reverse, stamp is gum stained and the envelope has a small tear at top and central vertical fold, an unusual usage.
