"turned" envelope originally from Tianjin to Shenyang, bearing North China People's Post Peking surcharge $18 on $3 and "Temporarily used for" Peking surcharge $2 on 20c., subsequently refolded inside-out and reused in 1950 as a double-registered envelope with Northeast China surcharge on Factory $5000 on $1500 vertical strip of four to Tianjin; also included are 1949 North China envelope from Tianjin to Beijing, 1949(c.) East China envelope to Ireland and additional Northeast China 1946-49 envelopes (3), fine (6).
