Coiling Dragons, wide range of Republic issues, Chinese Provinces, Postal Savings stamps, Japanese Occupation of Menkiang, Manchukuo, Manchuria Local Overprints, Liberated Areas, People's Republic of China, Taiwan Republic, Shanghai Local Post, Foreign Post Offices with Hong Kong "China" overprints, on the whole a nice old time holding replete with better items such as 1937 1c. on 4c. London wide Type B in used pair, 1942 $1 Central Trust corner block of fifteen with "Military Post Office 2002" c.d.s. (possibly a parcel post usage), 1945 Paicheng typographed Dr. Sun Yat-sen $2 purple-brown imperforate pairs (3), 1949 $5 on $500 Transportation double impression of basic stamp (Chan G103c), very good to fine (approx. 28,000).
