358, 1909 2c Carmine on bluish, tied on pre-printed cover to Utica, NY by Hudson Term. NY 8/9/09 machine cancel, stamp lifted for verification and reattached after confirmation, trivial small scuff most probably from machine cancel, otherwise Very Fine cover, contemporary usage other than Washington DC are rare with only a few certified examples. 2000 APS certificate.
