Official envelope of the Subsecretaría de Informaciones - Presidencia de la Nación, used in Buenos Aires on 15/JA/1953, franked with GJ.791 + 810, extremely rare! Someone in the past cut out a fragment with the postage, and after realizing that the stamps were rare, put it back with adhesive tape. Both stamps are of excellent quality, with a value as used of US$110, good opportunity!
