Provenance: The Austrian Postal Archive kept original printing sheets from the values of the 1st issue, parts of one quarter of the printing sheets reached over the decades the philatelic world, in this case the block of four comes from the bottom left quarter of the printing sheet. Each value of these proof sheets were obliterated singly against misuse with thick ink crosses.
