1911 Official stampless cover sent from the Kuti Court to Kathmandu showing large ornamental sun and moon seal, during the 19th century, the Tibetans lost a war with Nepal. Tibet had to grant ex-territorial rights to the Nepalese. Nepal had their owns courts in Tibet and people of Nepalese nationality could only be brought to court in these special courts
