Provenance: the Antti Haggrén collection. Little is noted in the literature about this somewhat mysterious pair which was believed at one point to have come from one of the known blocks of four. Research has shown that this is not the case. This pair is not recorded by L & N Williams in their "Encyclopeadia of Rare and famous Stamps".
