Esq., Collector, Philadelphia, correct Washington DC town marking with attached FREE at left, red waxed Presidential seal on reverse, a Very Fine usage, Covers with the original Presidential wax seal are extremely scarce.

Fillmore was president for a short time as he filled the remainder of Zachary Taylor's term after he died .
