1902 (Aug 31): Battambang Provisionals, the set of two values with typewritten surcharges in violet, 2 a. on 3 a. red & blue and 10 a. on 12 a. brown-purple & carmine, the 2 a. of superb colour, fresh and fine with large part slight aged og., the 10 a. with slight stain and corner perf. missing at top right, with large part aged og. Despite the fault, a very rare set. Opinion Holcombe (1988) Gi = £ 13'000.
