1913 Postally used Official (Service) stamp 1(pi.) black on wove paper, sewing machine perforation, VERTICAL PAIR USED ON COVER from Berat to Vlone, tied by violet "BERAT/21.10.1913" double-ring datestamp to cover's back, with Vlone 2.11.1913 arrival cds in violet alongside. The envelope with imperfections (reduced at right, defects at front, vertical fold (not affecting stamps) and with stains from the glue used to adhere the stamps which issued w/o gum), the stamps with a vertical crease otherwise fine.
