1857. stampless Printed circular written from Singapore dated '21st Dec 1857' addressed to Marseille endorsed 'via Alexandria' with 'Paris Etr. V Suez/ Marseille' French entry cachet in red (Salles 1866), charged with hand-struck '15' in red on face on arrival. Very rare printed circular (two items recorded) from Singapore detailing the arrival of ships and goods for sate including the Siam market.
