1959, Europa 25 f + 50 f as miniature sheet "BLOC SPECIAL", mint never hinged original gum and extremely fine. ONLY 20 PRINTED AND DISTRIBUTED TO SELECTED VIP s. The "bloc speciaux" belong to the most underpriced stamps of France. They were VALID FOR POSTAGE, not to be confussed with the common épreuve de luxe (not valid for postage and without gum).
