There are almost 2,200 lots of World stamps, covers and single country collections (LOTS 1553-3745) with the British Empire well represented, highlighted by India 1948 "SERVICE" opt Gandhi 1½a, 3½a & 12a. Superb fresh MUH, pristine never hinged original gum. SG O150a-c cat £30,590+ = A$60,000. These provisionals were only issued to the Governor General's Secretariat.
