‘BESANÇON’ - Cape of Good Hope (part 1)
Also from the ‘BESANÇON’ collection and presented in a special catalogue, Corinphila offers a unique classic ‘Cape of Good Hope’ collection in the forthcoming auction. Often, these items come from the formerly important collections of Ferrary, Riesco, Hind, Pack, Caspary, Huston, Burrus including the legendary ‘Woodblock’ error of colour of 1861 One Penny blue (instead of red) in a pair (Lot 6086).
