Incoming under-paid cover from Egypt sent on 11/12/1946 to Jaffa where it was taxed for three mls on 14/12/1946 using Palestine 1ml and 2mls tax due stamps (SG n. D12 & D13). In the tax square seal was written "to pay 7 mills", so most likely it is a tax fraud by using the 2mls yellow instead of the 6mls orange because the two are easily confused. NICE AND INTERESTING.
