Circa 1910, envelope of the Inspectoría do Serviço de Povoamento of the State of Paraná, sent to the Consul of the German Empire in Rio, franked with 100Rs. and pen cancelled, it probably contained letters related to the immigration of German citizens to Brazil, which was very large at the period, VF quality and interesting!
