Great Britain, Duke of Wellington, free frank with the initial "W" at the lower left of 1836 folded cover addressed to Oxford England and redirected to Lancashire; manuscript rate marks and red four point star handstamp at upper right, Wellington used the single "W" as well as "Wellington"; cover with light creases, a Very Fine cover.
