1897-99 GB 2/6d deep lilac, tied to piece by superb complete strike of Type 5 'AKASSA' d/stamp in violet, dated '4 NOV 1899.' The stamp with odd shortish perf mentioned for accuracy, but a splendid example, one of the best we have seen. Rare in this remarkable condition. SG.Z41.
