1888 Registered telegram, printed by 'The Eastern Telegraph Company', used from Aden to Mauritius, franked with Indian QV 2a. and 11/2a. pair tied with superb strikes of "B" in square of 8 bars (Proud K11, in use 1880-1895), with large "R" in circle h/s and red "REGISTERED/MAURITIUS/No./22 AU 88" oval alongside, on reverse with small "ADEN/REG/AU. 8/88" cds. Envelope stained otherwise fine. A SCARCE USAGE FROM ADEN.
