An attractive example of ONE OF THE RAREST SHADES OF THE FIRST ISSUE IN UNUSED CONDITION. This rare stamp was even missing the Karpov collection. COB 2e "bleu verd tre" = 7300 EUR, Michel 2c "hellgrünlichblau". Certificate Pascal Scheller.

Transit "ETATS-UNIS PAR OSTENDE" on back and red american taxation BOSTON ... 27 PAID" on front. Some stains, seal on back removed and small tear on flap. Nevertehless attractive letter.
