China, 1907(c.) native envelope to Moukden bearing C.I.P. 2c., cancelled by "Fengtian Province/Szepingchieh/Post Office" rectangular framed h.s. (trisected with rounded top corners). Since this was mailed at the single letter rate of 2 cents, the envelope could only have been sent in Nov./Dec. of 1907 or between 1908-09, because the rectangular trisected handstamp is recorded only from 1907 onwards. Fine.
