In a Scott three-ring album, including Estonia 1919 (9-10, mint, 12 & 16, used), 1919 (21, used & 23, mint pair), 1930 (105-107, mint), 1938 (142a), 1939 (147a), plus nice semipostals & airmails, Latvia section highly complete in the 1918-39 period, including imperforate & perforated semipostals. We also noted Russian Occupation 1919 (2N23-32), Lithuania 1919 First, Second & Third Kaunas used issues (3-26), followed by many colorful sets such as 1923 (176-88, mint) & 1930 (254-55, mint), plus 1926 (B16-26) & 1922 (C21-31). We also noted Memel section with sets issued in the 1920-23 period, including several issued under Lithuanian Occupation. A true bargain at our estimate, Fine to Very Fine.
