Seafarer Atlantic Record Flight' 1933 (July 22/23): Envelope fom Dublin franked with six adhesives King George V 1 d., all remained uncancelled, with Irish Airpost label, endorsed 'Per Atlantic Air Mail, The Seafarer' London to New York, addressed to Quebec, Canada, carried on the flight from Pendine Sands, Wales to New York, by Amy Johnson and her husband Jim Mollison, on July 23 the plane 'Seafarer' was forced to land in a swamp near Bridgeport, Connecticut, after running low on fuel, signed by both pilots. Some wear, horizontal fold and water stains on the back, just a scarce Crash cover and the only known from Ireland. Nierinck 330723.
