1922 Provisional Handstamped surcharges "30 Cent" in violet on 10c yellow, unused with full original gum, l.h., fine, signed Champion, Herbert Bloch. This rare provisional surcharge was issued in Bogota on May 5, 1922, due to a sudden shortage of the 30c value. The original stamp was already demonetized and while 200 surcharged provisionals were issued, only a few mint copies were sold (YT PA26) -
