1849 Ceres 1fr. pair, 25c. pair and 10c. used on printed letter (Horticultural Establishment) from Orleans to New York in 1851, all tied by gril diamond, with "ORLEANS 5 DEC 51" cds, boxed "PD", US "5/CENTS" and "BR. PACKET BOSTON 29 DEC 5" cds on front, and with Paris transit backstamp. The 1fr. pair with horizontal and vertical cover folds, the right-hand stamp cut-into at foot, the 25c. pair and the 10c. with mostly cut margins. A scarce 2f.60c. franking for a double-weight cover to New York.
